If you are a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) or Small Business Administration and would like to placed on OKI's bidder list please fax or mail a letter requesting to be placed on OKI's DBE list to (513) 621-9325. The letter must be on official business letterhead and must be accompanied by a certification certificate from the Ohio Department of Transportation, the City of Cincinnati, or some other government entity that certifies minority, disadvantaged or small businesses.
