Sustainable Community Challenge Federal Planning Grant

The Federal Housing and Urban Development and Transportation departments have issued a joint Notice of Funding Availability for proposals involving Community Challenge Planning and National Infrastructure Investments Grants. Applications are submitted directly to HUD. This is not an OKI program.
